I’ve always loved Cindy Crawford’s workout videos and was so excited to get started with this one. Cindy Crawford The Next Challenge Workout is just a challenging workout that provides one hour of non-repetitive workout that will entertain you with low key music as you do a mix of lunges, squats, karate kicks and jumps.

With this exercise video, you’ll see Cindy Crawford go a long way in her instructions for performing certain exercises. I particularly like that a glossary is included at the end of the video, which shows the correct and incorrect way to do some of the exercises. The video begins with a warm-up followed by an aerobic exercise and cool-down with a special focus on the back. I really liked the fact that someone included a section on the back, which is usually overlooked in many exercise videos. An added bonus in this video is when Cindy works her abs in between each section.

Throughout the workout there are rest periods taken periodically (about 15-20 seconds) which is just enough time to have a few sips of water or a “wipe” as Cindy puts it so nicely but it doesn’t allow the heart rate to drop.

I visited Amazon.com and checked out some of the reviews on Cindy Crawford-The Next Challenge and found that most of the reviews are very positive. This is what an Amazon.com customer wrote:

Someone once asked me why I need to watch a workout video over and over once I memorize the steps. The only thing I can take away from this question is that they apparently never quite got it right with the Cindy Crawford – The Next Challenge video where Cindy comes across as her alluring “Girl next door” who calms, encourages, and makes you want to do your best.

Cindy teamed up with Radu on this training video that equals a real winner. I sweated, I panted, I felt my muscles burn, and overall I had a challenging workout. For anyone who is up to a challenge and wants to gain knowledge on how to perform the exercises correctly, I recommend Cindy Crawford-The Next Challenge to you.
