SHIPPING DETAILS
Mostly All Of Our Products Are Shipped Same Or Next Day
Your product will be mostly shipped by UPS OR FEDEX and will be delivered in 1-5 business days depending upon your geographical location from our warehouses. We ship products from warehouses in NJ, CA,TX And FL. Mostly if you are close to our warehouses, you should receive the AC in 1-3 business days. We will email you your tracking number soon as its shipped out or you can log into your account on our website by using your email address and password you created at the time of placing order to check all the shipment and product details.
Please remember we only ship to 48 states within United States. Due to expensive shipment fee we do not ship to Hawaii & Alaska. We do not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Jamaica and other countries due to custom issues.
Though above shipment and delivery process is what we normally practice, under unforseen circumstances they cannot be guaranteed at all times. But we do our best and mostly succeed to ship the product either same or the next day.
Overnight Shipping Details (if required)
We can ship overnight or by Second Day Air. But beacuse these are air conditioners and the package weighs more than 90 pounds, shipping overnight can be anywhere from $180-$250 depending upon your location from our warehouse in NJ, CA,TX And FL.

WARRANTY FROM THE MANUFACTURER

LIMITED WARRANTY
1. A) TWO YEAR WARRANTY - FRIEDRICH AIR CONDITIONING CO. (FRIEDRICH) warrants to the original end-user of this product that should it prove defective due to improper workmanship and/or material under normal use for a period of two years from the date of installation, FRIEDRICH will repair or replace, at its option, any defective part without charge for the part. Replacementparts are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
B) THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE LABOR or other cost incurred for servicing, repairing, removing, installing,shipping, or handling of either defective or replacement parts, or complete unit. Such cost may be covered by a separate warranty provided by the installing contractor.
C) THIRD THRU SIXTH YEAR COMPRESSOR WARRANTY- During the third through sixth year from the date of installation, should the compressor prove defective due to improper workmanship and/or material, FRIEDRICH will furnish a replacement compressor, at no charge, which is warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. LABOR IS NOT INCLUDED FOR INSTALLING REPLACEMENT COMPRESSOR.
D) NOTICE: To obtain service and/or warranty parts replacement, you must notify an authorized FRIEDRICH Air Conditioning Co. distributor, dealer, or contractor of any defect within the applicable warranty period.

2. Any defective part to be replaced must be made available to FRIEDRICH in exchange for the replacement part. You must present proof of the original date of installation of the product in order to establish the effective date of the warranty. Otherwise, the effective date will be deemed to be the date of manufacture plus thirty days. The return of the owner registration card is not a condition of warranty coverage. However, please detach and return it so that we can contact you should a question of safety arise which could affect you.

3. TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE, please contact your authorized FRIEDRICH distributor, dealer, or the contractor who installed the equipment. If your dealer or contractor needs assistance, the authorized FRIEDRICH distributor is available forconsultation, and FRIEDRICH supports the efforts of the distributor.

4. This limited warranty applies only to units remaining at the site of the original installation (except for mobile home installations)and only to units installed within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. This limited warranty applies only if the unit is installed and operated in accordance with FRIEDRICH instructions and in compliance with applicable local installation and building codes and good trade practices.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER damages caused by: (a) accident, abuse, negligence, or misuse; (b) operating the product in a corrosive atmosphere containing chlorine, fluorine or any other damaging chemicals; (c) modification, alteration, poor service practices; (d) improper matching or application of the product or components; (e) failure to provide proper maintenance and service to the product according to manufacture's instructions; (f) installation or operating of the product in a manner contrary to the instructions of the manufacturer; (g) lightning, fluctuations in electrical power or other Acts of God. This LIMITED WARRANTY also excludes all cost of installation, disconnection or dismantling the product, parts used in connection with normal maintenance such as air filters or belts and owner-required maintenance. Consult the instructions enclosed with the product for information regardingrecommended maintenance.

6. No one is authorized to change this LIMITED WARRANTY in any respect, or to create any other obligation or liability inconnection with this product.

7. YOUR ONLY REMEDIES ARE PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. ANY EXPRESS
WARRANTY NOT PROVIDED HEREIN, AND ANY REMEDY WHICH, BUT FOR THIS PROVISION, MIGHT ARISE BY IMPLICATION OR OPERATION OF LAW, IS HEREBY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO A TERM OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL
INSTALLATION. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL FRIEDRICH BE LIABLE TO THE OWNER
OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRODUCT, WHETHERARISING OUT OF BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE.

8. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, special or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

9. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state and province to province.

RETURN POLICY
Quality

It is our policy to do everything we

out of thousands of units sold every
year, there maybe some instances that
the product you received is defective.
We have the following policy for such
situations:-
DEFECTIVE
EXCHANGE
If unit (any product) is defective,
we will gladly make an exchange or send parts for repair. If the unit is delivered damaged, we will have it picked up and send a new replacement at our cost. You
will not pay a single cent. Exchanges will only be made with the
same model - if customer upgrades or
downgrades to a different model, we'll
treat it as a return and new order.
RETURNS
If customer does not want exchange and wants to return it instead and wants a refund, customer is responsible to ship unit back to our warehouse at their own expense; restocking fee of 18% will apply regardless if defective and original shipping and handling fee ($148/per unit) will not be refunded. Usually there
should be no reason for returns, if
there is any problem with the product
we will exchange it with a BRAND NEW
product at no extra cost to you. Once product(s) is/are shipped, all Packages Refused are considered as returns as well and return policy will apply at the time of refund.

All returns should be in original packaging and brand new condition. Installed products are not considered brand new and cannot be returned. All returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days after the receipt of the product.

If you decide to return the product for ANY reason, you should request an RA# (Return Authorization number). For complete return instructions (if and when required) contact our office for assistance.
CANCELLATIONS
If
you placed the order and you wanted
to cancel the order BEFORE IT
IS SHIPPED, we will gladly
cancel your order and $15.99 cancellation
fee will be charged and credit card
processing charges will not be refunded.
Please make sure that you call us within
few hours after the order is placed.
We ship the items out same or next business
day. We cannot process cancellations
after the product is shipped out. It
will be considered as a return instead
once the product is shipped and you
will need to pay the return charges.
