Energy efficient, comfort control is yours with the new Daikin Emura single zone mini-split. This beautifully updated, modern indoor unit will look stunning in any indoor space. This system is both an air conditioner and heat pump. This single zone bundle comes with the indoor unit, outdoor unit and the remote. The sleek, curved design of the Emura wall-mounted FTXR18TVJUS pairs with a quiet, compact outdoor unit (RX18RMVJU9). Offering 18,000 of air conditioning and 20,000 of heating, this mini split has it all. This single zone unit is energy efficient allowing you to control it independently of any other climate control system. This unit has 14.5 SEER and 11.0 EER making it efficient while it's running.

In the air conditioning mode, this unit will provide cooling with outdoor temperatures ranging from 50°F to 115°F. If you choose to add an optional wind baffle (KPW063A4, sold separately), your system can cool with outdoor temperatures as low as -4°F (minor field adjustments may be necessary). The heat pump will operate with a minimum outdoor temperature of 5°F. This unit is optimized for great performance in many distinct climates.

This unit is full featured. For efficient, quiet service, the variable speed compressor features inverter technology. Inverter technology adjusts the power needed with the power used. This decreases temperature variations, bringing you with the right amount of cooling and heating comfort. The wall mounted indoor unit provides super quiet operation packed into a space saving design.

The Emura line of indoor units features the ability to control your unit from anywhere in the world with their Comfort Control App. With the addition of the BRP072A43 adapter (sold separately) in combination with your tablet or smart phone, and WiFi connection, you can turn your system on or off and adjust the temperature. It is nice to know that your space will be comfortable when you arrive home while not wasting energy while you are away. Of course the app also works from your couch! The Comfort Control App is available for use with either iOS or Android devices.

Not only does it offer a "Designer Look" to your space, standard features of the FTXR18TVJUW include 2-way Intelligent Eye, Econo mode, mold resistant washable air filter, auto-swing (both up and down and left to right), auto fan speed, night set mode, dry function, fan only and on/off timer. This heat pump includes features such as auto changeover and hot start function. The RX09RMVJU9 outdoor compressor features quiet operation and a slim, compact design that will be relatively inconspicuous in any outdoor installation. Every condenser has and Anti-Corrosion Treatment to protect it from the elements.

Whether you are building a new room or simply supplementing a central system, a mini split offers a great energy efficient solution. Since a mini split does not tie into your main cooling/heating source, it can be used in many installations including detached garages, basements or sun rooms, to name a few.

The Daikin Emura mini split systems come with a 5 year parts and compressor warranty that is expandable to 12 years parts and compressor as long as the unit is registered after installation.

Mostly All Of Our Products Are Shipped Same Or Next Day

Your product will be mostly shipped using Freight Company such as SAIA, ESTES, Old Dominion, FEDEX or UPS and will be delivered in 1-5 business days depending upon your geographical location from our warehouses. We ship products from warehouses in NY, NJ, FL, CA,AZ, TX And MO. Mostly if you are close to our warehouses, you should receive the Product in 1-3 business days. We will email you your tracking number soon as its shipped out or you can log into your account on our website by using your email address and password you created at the time of placing order to check all the shipment and product details.
Please remember we only ship to 48 states within United States. Due to expensive shipment fee we do not ship to Hawaii & Alaska. We do not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Jamaica and other countries due to custom issues.

Though above shipment and delivery process is what we normally practice, under unforseen circumstances they cannot be guaranteed at all times. But we do our best and mostly succeed to ship the product either same or the next day.

Overnight Shipping Details (if required)

We can ship overnight or by Second Day Air. But beacuse these are air conditioners and the package weighs more than 90 pounds usually, shipping overnight can result in the package being mishandled and delivered damaged. Plus it cost anywhere from $180-$850 more than regular shipping depending upon your location from our warehouse. Feel free to email us with such enquiries.

Delivery Acceptance Terms:
If you receive a package that seems damaged or dented, please open the package in front of the driver and after inspection if you see the product has a severe damage you can refuse the package and call us immediately. We will then arrange a new shipment (Free Replacement) ASAP.

Please note: If the box looks visibly damaged, the product inside may still be in perfect condition as they are well padded for shipping purposes.

PLEASE DO NOT SIGN OR REFUSE THE PACKAGE WITHOUT INSPECTING THE CONDITION OF THE PRODUCT INSIDE. Please take pictures if needed, accept or refuse shipment based upon the condition of the product in the box, not based upon the condition of the box. Please remember if you signed off on a delivery document, insurance cannot be filed if cosmetic damage is found at a later date, as it is considered to have happened after delivery at jobsite.

DEFECTIVE EXCHANGE
If unit (any product) is defective, depending upon the brand you buy, it will be taken care of by manufacturer warranty. Usually they will send out the replacement part within 24 hours, if replacing part is not a solution, they would probably replace the whole unit if the product was found defective. Replacement will only be made with the same model, if customer decides to upgrade or downgrade to a different model, we'll treat it as a return and a new order.

* All returns should be in original packaging and in brand new condition. Installed products are not considered brand new and cannot be returned.

* All damaged returns and replacements must be requested within 24 hours after the receipt of the product. *

Before shipping the product back, you should request an RA# (Return Authorization number), without an RA# your package will not be accepted, will be refused and sent back by the warehouse.

RETURNS
For all returns, customer is responsible to ship product back to our warehouse at their own expense; restocking fee of 19% will apply regardless if defective and original shipping fee (from $69 to $189 depending upon the product you purchased) will not be refunded as it is paid to the trucking company's and they are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS
If you placed the order and you wanted to cancel the order BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED, we will gladly cancel your order and $15.99 cancellation fee will be charged and 3% credit card processing charges will not be refunded. Please make sure that you call us within few hours after the order is placed. We ship the items out same or next business day. We cannot process cancellations after the product is shipped out. It will be considered as a return instead once the product is shipped and you will need to pay the return charges. If the delivery of the shipment is refused above return policy will apply. Once the item is shipped, the shipping company will not refund us the shipping fee back and will charge us for shipping both ways, this will not be refunded if cancelled after the product is shipped and 19% restocking fee will apply.
