The Emura Indoor Wall Unit is now available for both single and multi-zone applications. The new FTXR12TVJUW features a 12,000 BTU cooling capacity and a 13,500 BTU heat pump. With operating ranges from 50°F - 115°F in the cooling mode and with some adjustments it offers low ambient cooling down to 14°F. With the addition of an air direction adjustment grille (KPW937E4, sold separately), it will operate in the cooling mode down to -4°F. In the heating mode, this unit can be used in many areas of the country with an operating range of 5°F - 65°F. With these operating ranges, this system becomes a year round viable option for many areas in the country. The new Emura has a sleek, newly designed look versus other Daikin wall units currently available in the US. While Emura has been available in the UK for several years, and as a multi-zone indoor unit in the US, Daikin is now offering it for use in both single and multi-zone applications. The Emura wall unit is a beautiful addition to any space. The sleek European design of this wall unit features a curved and tapered front design. Not only has Daikin redesigned the look of the indoor wall unit, they have incorporated many technological advances into the unit! Its high end designer look is available in either Matte White (FTXR12TVJUW) or Silver (FTXR12TVJUS). An infrared wireless remote is included with this unit for easy chair operation! Additionally, a wired wall controller, BRC944B2-A08 is also available. With the optional wireless interface, BRP072A43 adapter (sold separately), the Emura line of indoor units can be controlled from anywhere in the world with your phone or table. Simply install the adapter into the dedicated slot inside the unit, download the Daikin Comfort Control App and you are in control of your system from anywhere! It is nice to know that your space will be comfortable when you arrive home while not wasting energy while you are away. Of course the app also works from your couch! The Comfort Control App is available for use with either iOS or Android devices. The Emura also features intelligent eye technology. The intelligent eye diverts air flow away from the people in the room so air, cold or warm, will not be blown directly on the occupants. For example, if the unit senses people to the right of the unit, the air flow will be directed to the left. Additionally, it can also tell if the room is unoccupied - if there is no movement in the room for 20 minutes, it will automatically set back. But don't worry - it can also tell if you are just dozing on the couch and it will not go into auto set back mode, so you will not get over-chilled or over-heated! Once someone enters the room or it senses movement, it will return to the original set point. The Daikin Emura combines both vertical and horizontal auto-swing to create even air distribution throughout the entire space - even the corners with 3-D airflow This also helps eliminate stratification. Additionally, when in Comfort Mode, the flap positions itself horizontally to prevent cold air from being blown onto the occupants when cooling and turns vertically to drive the warm air towards the floor when heating. A Multi-Monitor Lamp hidden on the bottom of the unit changes color depending on the mode of operation your unit is in. It is an easy way to see what mode your system is operating. This Emura wall unit also works in combination with the Daikin Multi-Zone outdoor units. So, whether you're enhancing a single room or adding on an entire wing, the system's space-saving, modular design is ideal for set-apart areas like a garage office or nursery. The standard heating and cooling operating range noted above for the single zone system usage varies depending on the outdoor unit you choose. - When used with the Aurora MXL 2 and 3-port units, the heating range is from -13°F - 60°F while the cooling range is from 14°F - 115°F.

How Long Does Warranty Coverage Last?
Registration on is not required to obtain warranty coverage, but
registration entitles the owner to the Registered Additional
Term Warranty described in the following paragraph. If the unit
is not registered, the warranty lasts for a period up to 5 YEARS
(the “Initial Term Warranty”).
If the unit is properly registered online within 60 days after the
installation date, an additional warranty (the “Registered Additi
onal Term Warranty”) is provided and lasts for as long as
the original registered owner or his or her spouse (“registered
owner”) own and reside in the home in which the unit was originally
installed, for a period up to 12 YEARS after the installation date. To register, go to www.daikincomfort.com and click
“PRODUCT Registration.” Some states and provinces do not allow
limitation of warranty coverage to registered owner, so the
above limitaO on may not apply to you. If you are a California
or Quebec resident, please refer to the “California And Quebec
Residents” section below.
Neither of these warranties continues after the unit is removed
from the location on where it was originally installed.
The replacement of a part under this warranty does not extend
the warranty period. In other words, Daikin warrants a replacement
part only for the period remaining in the applicable warranty
that commenced on the installation date.

The above Warranty applies only when the Product remains at the site of the original installation and only to Product installed within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii and only if Customer establishes by clear and convincing evidence that all of the conditions of this limited Warranty have been met.8. No one is authorized by Daikin AC to modify this Warranty in any respect or to create for Daikin AC any other obligation or liability in connection with the Product unless done so in a written agreement bearing the handwritten signature of the President or a Vice President of Daikin AC. Customer agrees that any purported change by Daikin AC shall be null and void unless the President or a Vice President of Daikin AC shall have expressly so agreed to such change in writing.

Mostly All Of Our Products Are Shipped Same Or Next Day
Your product will be mostly shipped using Freight Company such as SAIA, ESTES, Old Dominion, FEDEX or UPS and will be delivered in 1-5 business days depending upon your geographical location from our warehouses. We ship products from warehouses in NY, NJ, FL, CA,AZ, TX And MO. Mostly if you are close to our warehouses, you should receive the Product in 1-3 business days. We will email you your tracking number soon as its shipped out or you can log into your account on our website by using your email address and password you created at the time of placing order to check all the shipment and product details.
Please remember we only ship to 48 states within United States. Due to expensive shipment fee we do not ship to Hawaii & Alaska. We do not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Jamaica and other countries due to custom issues.
Though above shipment and delivery process is what we normally practice, under unforseen circumstances they cannot be guaranteed at all times. But we do our best and mostly succeed to ship the product either same or the next day.
Overnight Shipping Details (if required)
We can ship overnight or by Second Day Air. But beacuse these are air conditioners and the package weighs more than 90 pounds usually, shipping overnight can result in the package being mishandled and delivered damaged. Plus it cost anywhere from $180-$850 more than regular shipping depending upon your location from our warehouse. Feel free to email us with such enquiries.

Delivery Acceptance Terms:
If you receive a package that seems damaged or dented, please open the package in front of the driver and after inspection if you see the product has a severe damage you can refuse the package and call us immediately. We will then arrange a new shipment (Free Replacement) ASAP.
Please note: If the box looks visibly damaged, the product inside may still be in perfect condition as they are well padded for shipping purposes.
PLEASE DO NOT SIGN OR REFUSE THE PACKAGE WITHOUT INSPECTING THE CONDITION OF THE PRODUCT INSIDE. Please take pictures if needed, accept or refuse shipment based upon the condition of the product in the box, not based upon the condition of the box. Please remember if you signed off on a delivery document, insurance cannot be filed if cosmetic damage is found at a later date, as it is considered to have happened after delivery at jobsite.

DEFECTIVE EXCHANGE
If unit (any product) is defective, depending upon the brand you buy, it will be taken care of by manufacturer warranty. Usually they will send out the replacement part within 24 hours, if replacing part is not a solution, they would probably replace the whole unit if the product was found defective. Replacement will only be made with the same model, if customer decides to upgrade or downgrade to a different model, we'll treat it as a return and a new order.
* All returns should be in original packaging and in brand new condition. Installed products are not considered brand new and cannot be returned.
* All damaged returns and replacements must be requested within 24 hours after the receipt of the product. *
Before shipping the product back, you should request an RA# (Return Authorization number), without an RA# your package will not be accepted, will be refused and sent back by the warehouse.
RETURNS
For all returns, customer is responsible to ship product back to our warehouse at their own expense; restocking fee of 19% will apply regardless if defective and original shipping fee (from $69 to $189 depending upon the product you purchased) will not be refunded as it is paid to the trucking company's and they are non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
If you placed the order and you wanted to cancel the order BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED, we will gladly cancel your order and $15.99 cancellation fee will be charged and 3% credit card processing charges will not be refunded. Please make sure that you call us within few hours after the order is placed. We ship the items out same or next business day. We cannot process cancellations after the product is shipped out. It will be considered as a return instead once the product is shipped and you will need to pay the return charges. If the delivery of the shipment is refused above return policy will apply. Once the item is shipped, the shipping company will not refund us the shipping fee back and will charge us for shipping both ways, this will not be refunded if cancelled after the product is shipped and 19% restocking fee will apply.
