Klimaire Releases New KSIF “Total Comfort” High Efficiency Mini-Split AC Heat Pump System
Klimaire KSIF Series mini-split air conditioner heat pump systems are
engineered with oscillating louvers to ensure even air distribution
throughout your space. Turn the swing feature on or off with the
full-function remote control. The louvers work in tandem with the
long-range air discharge to make sure the room always feels comfortable.
This eliminates hot and cold spots in the room.

DC inverter technology also makes sure you’re always comfortable and
never wasting energy. Just choose a setting on your thermostat once and
the DC inverter technology will automatically adjust airflow to keep the

pump can generate energy savings up to 49% compared to standard on/off
systems.
The 18,000 BTU 15.5 SEER ductless system provides zoned heating and cooling for up to 1,000 square feet.

The elegantly-styled indoor unit offers high-tech features like the
Follow “Feeling” function. When activated, the temperature sensor
“moves” from the wall unit to the remote control. The sensor then
directs the mini-split to adjust heating and cooling based on the
temperature immediately surrounding anyone carrying the remote.
Also enjoy 12 fan speeds, along with heating, cooling, dedicated
dehumidification, turbo function and sleep mode. Auto clean function
cleans and dries the evaporator to prevent mildew growth and maintain
healthy indoor air quality. Home AWAY freeze protection maintains the
room at 46º F when you are away for an extended period during the
heating season.
The full function remote control allows for manual operation of the
ductless air conditioning system when necessary. The included
“Quick-Hook” wall hanging system makes installation fast and easy. An
additional gap for pipe installation as well as right to left
adjustments add to installation simplicity.

KSIF018-H215-O | Outdoor Unit
Automatic defrost prevents condensation from freezing and damaging
the compressor. The built-in base pan heater ensures reliable operation
in temperatures as low as 5º F. A built-in compressor heater ensures
compressor longevity and reliability. Low outdoor noise operation and a
small footprint make choosing a location for the outdoor ductless unit
easy. It requires little ground space and can be mounted to a wall with
brackets (not included).

1. (a) ONE YEAR PARTS BASE WARRANTY. KLIMAIRE
PRODUCTS, INC. (“KLIMAIRE”) warrants to the original end-user of
this product that if any part fails due to improper workmanship
and/or material under normal use and service within the Warranty
Period from the date of original installation, KLIMAIRE will provide a
new or remanufactured part, at its option, without charge for the part
except for the freight costs which are the owner's responsibility.
Replacement parts are warranted for the remainder of the original
warranty period. This base warranty term is applicable to
unregistered products.
(b) 5 YEAR COMPRESSOR WARRANTY – During the warranty
period from the date of purchase, should the compressor fail due to
improper workmanship and/or material, KLIMAIRE will furnish a
replacement compressor at no charge, except for the freight costs
which are the owner's responsibility, which is warranted for the
remainder of the original warranty period.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE labor or any other
costs incurred for servicing, repairing, removing, installing,
complying with local building and electrical codes, shipping and
handling of either defective, or replacements parts, or complete unit,
for items that are to be maintained or replaced by the owner. Such
costs may be covered by a separate warranty provided by the
installer.
(e) Alternative Condition, at its option, Klimaire will allow a credit in
the amount of the factory selling price for a new equivalent part
towards the retail purchase price of a new Klimaire product.
2. Any defective part must be made available to KLIMAIRE in
exchange for the replacement part and become property of Klimaire
and all shipping and handling charges will be borne by the
equipment owner. You must present proof of the original date of
installation of the product, and/or building permit in order to establish
the effective date of the warranty. Otherwise the effective date will be
deemed to be the date of shipment from Klimaire plus sixty (60) days.
In order to be eligible for coverage under this warranty you must
register with Klimaire within (60) days of the later of installation at
www.Klimaire.com. If registration is not completed within (60) days
the warranty period reverts to one year all parts and compressor
and one year heat exchanger. The return of the owner registration
card is not a condition of the warranty coverage. However, please
detach and return it so that we can contact you should a question of
safety arises which could affect you.
3. TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE. Please contact your
installer, dealer or contractor who installed this product. If your
installer, dealer or contractor needs assistance, his distributor is
available for consultation, and KLIMAIRE supports its distributors'
efforts. You are required to show proof of the installation date by a
licensed contractor to the servicer or supplier a bill of sale of the
equipment, building permit or other document which establishes
proof and date of installation.
4. This limited warranty applies only while the unit remains at the
site of the original installation (except for mobile home installations).
This limited warranty applies only if the unit is installed by a licensed
HVAC technician under applicable local and state law and who
installed the system in accordance with (a) applicable local
installation and building codes and permits, (b) operated in
accordance with KLIMAIRE'S instructions and (c) in compliance with
and good trade practices, (d) the unit installed in a residence must
be owner occupied, single family dwelling (apartment complexes
receive a commercial warranty coverage).
5. Owner must supply proof of properly maintaining the equipment
over the life of the limited warranty. A minimum of once a season
maintenance, replacement and/or cleaning filters every month, i.e. we recommend semi-annual preventive maintenance inspections for
the entire unit by a licensed or otherwise qualified dealer or
contractor or service technician.

It is our policy to do everything we can to make our customers happy. We strive for 100% satisfaction. Because your satisfaction is our number one priority, we will do what it takes to ensure your experience with KINGERSONS a positive one. But out of thousands of units sold every year, there maybe some instances that the product you received is damaged or defective. We have the following policy for such situations:-
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE EXCHANGE If unit (any product) is defective, we will gladly make an exchange or send parts for repair. If the unit is delivered damaged, we will have it picked up and send a new replacement at our cost. You will not pay a single cent. Exchanges will only be made with the same model - if customer upgrades or downgrades to a different model, we'll treat it as a return and new order. RETURNS If customer does not want exchange and wants to return it instead and wants a refund, customer is responsible to ship unit back to our warehouse at their own expense; restocking fee of 19% will apply regardless if damaged / defective and original shipping fee will not be refunded. Usually there should be no reason for returns, if there is any problem with the product we will exchange it with a BRAND NEW product at no extra cost to you. Once product(s) is/are shipped, all Packages Refused are considered as returns as well and return policy will apply at the time of refund. * Shipping for portable AC's is $69-$89 per unit depending upon which portable AC you buy and Shipping and handling for a mini split Ac is $160 - $450/per unit depening upon which package you buy. Shipping and handling for Air Coolers is $35/per unit. Shipping and Handling on fragrances is $5.99/per unit. This shipping fee will be deducted from the refund if you decide to return, even if the product was sold with FREE shipping promotion. * All returns should be in original packaging and brand new condition. Installed products are not considered brand new and cannot be returned. All returns and replacements must be requested within 24 hours after the receipt of the product. * If you decide to return the product for ANY reason, you should request an RA# (Return Authorization number). CANCELLATIONS If you placed the order and you wanted to cancel the order BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED, we will gladly cancel your order and $15.99 cancellation fee will be charged and 3% credit card processing charges will not be refunded. Please make sure that you call us within few hours after the order is placed. We ship the items out same or next business day. We cannot process cancellations after the product is shipped out. It will be considered as a return instead once the product is shipped and you will need to pay the return charges. If the delivery of the shipment is refused same return policy will apply. Once the item is shipped, the shipping company will not refund us the shipping fee back and will charge us for shipping both ways, this will not be refunded if cancelled after the product is shipped and 19% restocking fee will still apply. WARRANTY Kingersons Store Warranty: If anything defective or damaged upon delivery contact Kingersons within 15 days. Kingersons at that point will provide free replacement. After first 30 days, your warranty for parts and compressor is moved from Kingersons to the Manufacturer. Manufacturer warranty: Once the warranty rolls over to the manufacturer, you will have a toll free number for your tech support for any assistance you may need with the product in future. On Air Conditoners you will receive five years on compressor and one year on parts from them. |
